By default, they include ongoing monitoring of compliance with legal and internal regulations of your company, creation and revision of internal regulatory documentation, preparation of regular or extraordinary reports on control functions for the governing bodies of your company, and communication with supervisory authorities. Additionally, this service can also cover the execution of legally required training and regular regulatory monitoring to ensure that your control functions are always up to date with the current legal requirements.
We also offer to setup the AML/CFT systems, the creation of internal policy frameworks, training of relevant staff, and assistance during inspections by the Financial Analytical Office or the Czech National Bank.

The internal audit service at GPP Internal Audit s.r.o. is led by Jarmila Pilková. Jarmila is an experienced regulatory lawyer specializing in investment services, capital markets, collective investment, insurance distribution, and market abuse. Before joining GPP & Co, she worked as a lawyer in the Capital Market Legislation Department at the Czech Ministry of Finance, a compliance officer and internal auditor at a leading Czech bank, and a compliance officer at a top securities trader. She is also a co-author of the commentary on the Investment Companies and Investment Funds Act.
The compliance service at GPP s.r.o. is managed by Michal Pokorný. Michal thanks to years of experience in financial markets and regulation, provides strategic advice and support on all aspects of compliance that are key to ensuring compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining GPP & Co, Michal led the compliance teams at a major Czech bank responsible for the areas of financial markets, data protection and consumer protection.
